Our Mission

Established in 1973,  Norris has held a long-time reputation of helping people in the community take a step towards gaining a new career in insurance. The first step is passing the test and Norris has been committed, since the beginning, to equipping its students with the tools they need to succeed in that goal on the FIRST attempt.

Our goal at Norris is to work with future agents all across Kansas to help prepare them for the first step in taking on a career that can change their lives and the lives of others through them.

We aim to inspire growth and development in servant leadership, honesty, and grit, because we realize these things are necessary to be successful in a career in insurance.
